Mohamed Tahiri is a downstream oil & gas specialist who specialises in petroleum refinery. In his role at CEERISK, Mohamed conducts risk assessments of downstream plants, including machinery breakdown studies, equipment assessment, and assessment of management and control systems, including management of change (MOC) and process safety management (PSM) programmes. He also provides consultation on loss mitigation and prevention to petrochemical plants, contractors, manufacturers, large corporations and government agencies.
