Our forensic engineering investigation services identify the root cause of incidents including fire and explosion, equipment and machinery breakdown, construction defects, collapse, contamination, corrosion, defects (manufacturing, material and design) and other accident investigations.

Additionally, we offer risk engineering services including pre-risk surveys of commercial and industrial properties, asset valuations of equipment and buildings, and machinery breakdown risk studies, EML/PML calculations, contingency planning, fire safety, risk management training…etc.

We have successfully assisted client from insurers/reinsurers, loss adjusters, corporations and law firms by providing detailed and accurate risk survey and assessment reports of industrial and commercial properties in North Iraq and other parts of the country.  We have also conducted detailed investigations of damage to power transformers, steam and gas turbines, transmission and distribution substations, as well as other types of industrial equipment in different sectors.

Mr. Zaid Atoum is a mechanical engineer with over five (5) years of experience in the design and implementation of mechanical systems. Zaid conducts forensic investigations into the root cause of failures, including fire and explosion, machinery breakdown, and defects of different systems in various applications. He will also carry out risk surveys of industrial and commercial properties and will perform inspections of loss sites to complete damage assessment following different types of losses.

Firas Alrawi has over 21 years of experience as an instrumentation and control systems engineer in detailed maintenance, design, commissioning and development of instruments and control systems in variety of industries. Based in Iraq, Firas carries out risk assessments for industrial properties and forensic investigations following losses.

Mardin Sabir has worked in a number of roles within the upstream energy sector, including contract management, contract preparation and contract analysis; complex agreements covering drilling services programming, completion and facility/civil works engineering services; and risk assessment of complex sites in her capacity as a Health & Safety Officer. Mardin carries out risk surveys for industrial properties and forensic investigations following losses.
