Risk assessment and claims investigation
This workshop explores the risk of failure in CPM used in construction projects, including cranes, earth movers, loaders, and other types of heavy machinery. The workshop also describes the investigation techniques applied to forensically determine the root cause of incidents, and to mitigate the impact these incidents have on a project’s operation and successful completion.
