HSE Claims on Construction Sites

Employers are responsible for providing a safe working environment for workers and can face serious repercussions if they fail to do so. This is something particularly true for construction sites, where the consequences of poor health and safety practices can be catastrophic and deadly, leading to long-term health complications, serious injury and mutilation, and even death.

Understanding what goes into good enforcement for HSE practices is challenging and requires a great deal of analysis. When good HSE practices are carried out, there will be many records of individual instances, including incidents as well as near-misses. Analysing this information to understand the wider HSE culture on a construction site is challenging.

This webinar looks at how to analyse HSE programmes on construction sites, what is considered good practices, and how to determine whether enforcement is successful.
