The World Utilities Congress, that took place in Abu Dhabi, in May 2025 is considered the premier global platform driving the transformation of the utilities sector. The congress draws participants from around the world who are interested in discussing issues related to utilities across the UAE and the GCC countries. As the world is shifting towards a sustainable energy future, the World Utilities Congress became a pivotal event in addressing the challenges and opportunities surrounding energy transition, water security, and digitalisation.
During the conference, our Managing Director, Mamoon Alyah presented at the Technical Conference on Deployment of renewable Energy Technologies in remote locations. The presentation discussed how utilities are dealing with challenges faced when new technologies with limited operational history are deployed in remote locations with limited environmental data. The event was a great opportunity to connect with industry leaders in the UAE and from around the world.
