He has served in senior technical and leadership roles, including Senior Project Engineer and Commissioning Manager, with responsibility for major rehabilitation projects and the construction of new refinery units such as hydrocracker complexes. At CEERISK, Mohamed provides specialist risk assessments of downstream facilities, focusing on machinery breakdown, systems performance, and operational safety. He also supports loss mitigation and prevention strategies for petrochemical plants, contractors, manufacturers, and government agencies. His expertise includes evaluating Process Safety Management (PSM) and Management of Change (MOC) systems and conducting root cause investigations following fires, explosions, and workplace incidents.
